2024 National Particleboard Industry Innovation and Development Seminar: Lubemater injects new vitality into the industry

Recently, the 2024 Particleboard Industry Innovation and Development Seminar was successfully held in Pu'er, Yunnan. With the theme of "Working together and moving forward with integrity", the conference focused on the sustainable and healthy development of China's particleboard industry, and invited industry experts, scholars, and entrepreneur representatives to conduct in-depth discussions on topics such as stabilizing the market, increasing industry efficiency, and collaborative innovation.

Technological innovation-domestic substitution solutions During the special report stage, Lubemater's deputy general manager, Dan Yu, took the topic of "Particleboard High-temperature Lubrication Solutions and Technological Innovation" and explained the technological innovation and domestic substitution solutions of Lubemater's high-temperature lubricating grease on the particleboard production line from four aspects: situation and safety, professionalism and technology, innovation and development, cost reduction and value.

High-temperature lubrication-lower volatility, better lubrication Lubemater released the latest generation of products: Lubemater CH-25H high-temperature steel belt protective agent, which draws on the design concept of aviation engine oil to prepare a new base oil with better high-temperature resistance. The flash point of the product can reach 320℃, which is more than 20% ahead of the mainstream products on the market. The high-temperature evaporation loss is only one-third of the mainstream products, which effectively reduces the volatilization of oil products during use, forms a stronger oil film, and better guarantees the lubrication of roller blankets and steel belts. At the same time, a series of novel organic compounds are prepared to improve the boundary lubrication performance of steel belt oil under high or ultra-high temperature conditions. Lubemater CH-25H high-temperature steel belt protective agent has better anti-friction and anti-wear properties, which can reduce the friction and wear of steel belts/roller blankets and extend the service life of equipment.

Inheriting the concept of innovation and helping the industry to continue to develop, Lubemater's products comprehensively cover typical particleboard presses, among which the current presses are the largest (9.2 feet 59.1 meters long) and the highest temperature (oil temperature 290℃) are all used.
