Lubemater participate in the 2024 Shanghai WMF International Woodworking Exhibition & TIWF2024 Thailand International Woodworking Machinery Exhibition

From September 11 to 20, 2024, Qingdao Lubemater Lubricating Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lubemater") will present its latest products and new technologies at the Shanghai International Furniture Production Equipment and Woodworking Machinery Exhibition and the Thailand International Woodworking Machinery and Furniture Accessories Exhibition.

Lubemater is a high-tech company initiated and founded in 2010 by the high-end equipment lubrication research team of the National Key Laboratory of Lubricating Materials. This exhibition mainly displays a series of high-temperature lubricating grease products suitable for continuous flat press hot presses for artificial boards.

Lubemater's high-temperature lubricating oil series products are superior to imported products in anti-volatilization, oil film thickness, and anti-coking performance, meeting the lubrication needs of equipment. The products solve the current situation that my country is completely dependent on foreign products in the field of continuous flat press hot press lubrication, and realize the localization of high-temperature lubricating oil in the artificial board industry.

Lubemater has formed OEM strategic cooperation with Yalian Machinery, Dieffenbacher Shanghai Board Machine Factory, etc., and its product application cases have accumulated more than 100 continuous flat press lines, with a domestic market share of more than 50%, and a market share of more than 40% in some overseas countries. The product application covers all mainstream brand presses, and the board production line involves all types such as MDF, ultra-thin board, PB, OSB, FOSB, LSB, etc.
